Find your latest order update and follow your delivery from the order confirmation sent to your email.
Open your confirmation
Find the BackEase order confirmation in the email inbox you used at checkout. Check your spam or promotions folder if needed.
View your order
Select “View your order” in that email. Your order status page shows the latest available information and any tracking link.
Follow the carrier
Once tracking is available, open the carrier link for delivery updates. A newly created tracking link may take time to show movement.
Cannot find your order?
Contact our support team with the name and email used at checkout, plus your order number if available. Do not send payment card details.
